Jirê-co Liyo Bî (/ˈʤirɘ/ /co ˈlijo/ [saliva] [agriculture]) is a temperate Town located in the Yêmëcê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Jirê-co Liyo Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jirê-co Liyo Bî was founded by Knelmy Zlkdshe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Jirê-co Liyo Bî has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Jirê-co Liyo Bî receives an average of 294 cm/y (115 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Jirê-co Liyo Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3446 m (11305 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jirê-co Liyo Bî was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1297, by Knelmy Zlkdshe. The establishment of Jirê-co Liyo Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Jirê-co Liyo Bî's construction back out of the project. Knelmy Zlkdshe pushed on reguardles, and Jirê-co Liyo Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Jirê-co Liyo Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jirê-co Liyo Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Jirê-co Liyo Bî is buildings have been located at convienant points along the pond Jirê-co Liyo Bî was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the premissive flagstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Jirê-co Liyo Bî's frontieer-style defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.

The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields.
